KAM Line Highway Markings is looking for people that would be interested in learning the highway marking business - no previous roadwork experience required. The work will include driving traffic control pickups, using equipment to apply highway markings, and assisting with other tasks associated to the placement of traffic markings. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Iowa CDL training for qualified employees is possible.
This job will require weekly travel within the state of Iowa. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with additional production incentive pay for meeting defined goals - up to $5,000 at completion of the seasons work. Lodging expenses and daily meal allowances are also paid. Transportation is provided from Gilbert, Iowa to the work location and back in full pay status. Days of work are Monday thru Friday 10 - 12 hours per day - time and one half paid over forty hours. Paid holiday leave.
