We need a Store Manager for our Plantation location.

The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store, and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

• Offering top notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED environment
• Managing employees - Hire, train, motivate, and schedule
• Overseeing & running our catering services
• Ordering/Receiving product and supplies
• Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
• Verifying daily deposits
• Submitting payroll
• Handling customer complaints and store emergencies
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Maintaining a clean, organized store
• Managing food cost, labor cost, supplies expense & cash control

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE

• At least 1 year food service leadership experience
• Experience hiring, managing and motivating a team
• A willingness to learn all aspects of Quick Service Restaurant Management including but not limited to inventory, purchasing, labor and operations management
• Computer, POS and cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)
• Their own transportation
• The ability to work up to 10 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs and is able to clearly communicate with our customers
• The willingness to live and breathe our core values (see above)

• Successful managers earn annually low 40's.
• One week paid Vacation after one year of employment.
• Intensive management training where you will learn everything you need to know to be successful managing one of our stores.
