Cold Stone Creamery is a locally owned Franchise that is located in the Piilani Village Shopping Center in Kihei, HI. We are seeking crew members who love people, who love to serve up "happiness" in the form of delicious home-made ice cream, desserts and cakes! This is an entry level position, so no prior experience necessary, just a willingness to learn, ability to maintain a fun happy attitude, be a team player, is reliable and has a desire to reach personal goals beyond "just working at Cold Stones". Duties:

- Assist with various tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and work areas
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:

- Strong math skills, including the ability to perform basic retail math calculations
- Ability to work in a kitchen environment, including food preparation and handling
- Experience in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in a dining area
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe environment

This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work well in a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are also essential for success in this role.
