**Duties:**
- Restore and renovate structures using various materials such as brick, stone, stucco and concrete
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for cutting, shaping, and fitting materials
- Work on projects involving roofs, stucco, metal stud framing, and hardscape installations
- Repair Stucco
-New Stucco installations
- Perform concrete finishing for both new construction and repair projects
- Build and repair walls, patios, walkways, and other structures
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in masonry techniques including installation and repair
- Experience with concrete finishing and metal stud framing
- Ability to work with various materials such as brick, stone, stucco and concrete
- Strong knowledge of hand tools used in masonry work
- Attention to detail for precise construction and restoration projects
