Red River Brick is seeking a Sales Associate in Northwest Arkansas at our facility in Lowell. Red River Brick is a subsidiary of General Shale Brick, North America’s largest manufacturer of clay bricks and other masonry materials. 

Sales Associate 

Ambitious, self-directed individuals with an interest in sales should consider building a career and growing professionally in the brick industry. General Shale Brick, Inc., the nation’s leading manufacturer of brick, stone, and concrete products is seeking a Sales Associate.

The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of General Shale’s sales procedures and gain a firm understanding of the company’s product lines, manufacturing processes, quality standards, and end-user installation methods.  After the necessary skills and knowledge have been gained, this position will transition into an Outside Sales Representative role calling on an established market of distributors, contractors, and architects. 

Position Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills
• Computer proficiency (particularly with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel within a territory
• Experience not required, but is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
