Utilizes product information or solution database to research, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions. Additionally, Help Desk Support, Sr. advises users on the methods, steps, and actions to resolve and avoid future issues and provides documentation as needed. Escalates problems to appropriate levels or teams to achieve issue resolution. May support installs or upgrades of software or devices, set up user profiles, or re-set passwords. Fulfills all service level standards for response time and quality. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. Location and Travel Requirements: In office position located in Great Falls MT. Candidates must be able to successfully commute to the office. This position is responsible for answering phones and providing tech support along with dispatch to client sites as needed within the local range of the Great Falls Office.

As a Help Desk Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients via phone, email, and our ticketing system along with local dispatch to a clients site as needed.
