When you join our team as a IT Help Desk Technician, you'll be part of a team who are committed to supporting our staff in their work of serving seniors, children and families throughout the state of Michigan. In this position, you'll bring associate's degree in a computer related degree or equivalent education and experience. You will also bring 1 years of experience in IT help desk services, a working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment. You'll also bring knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WAN, call tracking applications and exceptional customer service.
