Help Desk Support responds to end-user requests for technical assistance by phone, email, or ticketing system. Troubleshoots and resolves basic computer, application, system, device, access, or performance issues. Being a Help Desk Support uses established processes and procedures to document, track, and resolve reported problems and to meet operational service levels and standards. Utilizes product information or solution database to research, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions. Additionally, Help Desk Support advises users on the methods, steps, and actions to resolve and avoid future issues and provides documentation as needed. Escalates problems to appropriate levels or teams to achieve issue resolution. May support installs or upgrades of software or devices, set up user profiles, or re-set passwords. Fulfills all service level standards for response time and quality. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Help Desk Support works under moderate supervision.     RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Help Desk Support in Wesley Chapel, FL.

    Duties:
    * Senior Help Desk Support will be responsible for administration of Active Directory users
    * Build, configure, and maintain desktop platform
    * Configure and troubleshoot computing systems in a diverse environment
    * Create user accounts, reset passwords, and create groups in Microsoft Windows Active Directory
    * As a Senior Help Desk Support, you will provide effective communication on issues to the customer
    * Responsible for routing issues to the appropriate group if a resolution is not readily available
    * Responsible for creating, tracking, and submitting purchasing requests
    * Responsible for printer configurations, deployment, and maintenance
    * Responsible tracking reoccurring problems and trends
    * Help in keeping an updated and relevant IT Knowledge Base

    REQUIREMENTS:
    * Need to be certified
    * Heavy active directory knowledge

    The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

    We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
