We help Johnson County's older adults with residential grounds maintenance such as yard work, planting, pruning, shrub trimming, tree trimming, mowing, leaf cleanup, shrub removal, small tree removal, spring cleanup, and fall cleanup.

AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:

REQUIREMENTS:
-have significant experience with yard work, planting, pruning, shrub trimming, tree trimming, mowing, leaf cleanup, shrub removal, small tree removal, spring cleanup, and fall cleanup
-have significant experience with equipment and machinery used for the above services
-be a sincere, honest and transparent person
-be good at active listening
-have attention to detail
-be able to follow instructions
-have a team mentality
-show up on scheduled days
-must be on time
-have a valid driver's license
-have your own transportation
-have a cell phone capable of calling, email, and texting
-be friendly, energetic, and ready to help with a smile on your face : )
