POSITION: HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operating heavy equipment, owned, rented or leased by Verdi, in a safe, professional and productive manner.
2. Managing and overseeing the proper installation of various products
Including drainage systems, piping systems, precast concrete, earth materials, cast-in-place concrete, erosion control, temporary protection, etc. in accordance with accepted industry standards.
3. Reviewing and interpreting plans and contract documents and lay out work as required to maintain progress of project(s) and task(s) at hand.
4. Participating in tasks, other than operating equipment as required to maintain progress of project(s) and task(s) at hand.
5. Discuss construction means and methods.
