Heavy Assembler assembles fabricated parts to large or heavy subassemblies and completes units. Fits, tests, and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Being a Heavy Assembler conducts welding, riveting, and trimming of parts to fit or align components. Uses hand and power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other assembly equipment. Additionally, Heavy Assembler typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Heavy Assembler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. This individual would be responsible for delivering equipment to customers. The individual must have a class A CDL drivers license. Expirence operating heavy equipment (tractors, excavators, skid steer loaders, etc.) is a big plus! Pay is starting at $20/hr but is negotiable based upon expirence. - Pickup and deliver equipment to customers who are needing service work done
- Deliver new equipment sales units to customers
- Driver will be using all new trucks and trailers. There will not be any hassel with messing with old and outdated equipment
