Being a Heavy Assembler conducts welding, riveting, and trimming of parts to fit or align components. Uses hand and power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other assembly equipment. Additionally, Heavy Assembler typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Heavy Assembler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We are currently looking for a Crane Operator to join our Heavy Civil team in Williamsburg, VA. The ideal candidate is an motivated and dependable individual. This individual must have the ability to communicate and work well with others. Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license, current NCCCO certification and reliable transportation. Travel is a requirement of this position as work is performed in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
