This is a full-time Project Manager role located in Sonoma County, CA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating site work projects, managing logistics, coordinating inspections, and coordinating with owners, municipalities, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams.

Job tasks include but are not limited to:

• Daily set up of each assigned project. Including equipment, supplies, trucking and crew.
• Creating and responding to RFI's
• Gathering and sending submittal packages
• Pricing/quoting and executing change orders
• Checking and cost coding daily time cards
• Weekly/daily site checks
• Completing and sending survey requests
• Reviewing job specifications and drawings and directing crews on such
• Scheduling and resource management
• ordering and purchasing job materials
• Monthly progress billings
• Budget and cost reviews and comparisons

Qualifications:

• Strong project management and logistics management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of site work projects including grading, paving, and underground projects
• Ability to read plans, specs, and details
• Competent in using construction technology and software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Minimum 5 years experience in general engineering project management
• Be extremely proficient with Microsoft Office and or Google Workspace suite of products
• Have technical knowledge of field operations. (have spent time working in the trade)
• Be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team of managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $140,687.00 - $180,634.00 per year
