Being a Heavy Assembler conducts welding, riveting, and trimming of parts to fit or align components. Uses hand and power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other assembly equipment. Additionally, Heavy Assembler typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Heavy Assembler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Production associate needed in Loveland
Must be able to train on 1st shift, once trained will move to 2nd shift
A production worker is responsible for building touch pads at a variety of different stations. The requirements for a production worker involve assembling and checking products, ensuring all machinery and tools runs smoothly, and assisting the team in daily completion of products.
Responsibilities will Include:
•Use tools to make or repair parts and products.
•This position is simple, and the task are repetitive and follows existing task and procedures.
•Responsible for meeting the standard of quality and quantities.
•Follows detailed instructions and reports any issue to manager.
•Work with other members of the line or group to assemble products.
•Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures.
•Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.
•Other duties may be assigned by Manager
QUALIFICATIONS- To perform this job successfully employee must be able to:
•Must be able to stand the entire shift.
•The ability to learn skills and equipment via training.
•Must be able to work an 8 hour shift using repetitive motions, lifting product up to 50 pounds
