1st shift - Monday–Friday is a typical schedule: 6 am or 7 am until 4:51 pm
2 Plant shut downs: Christmas week - Fourth of July week (receive one week(s) paid vacation/holiday for Christmas/July 4th after 6 months of employment)

Exterior Trimmer: As a Trimmer you will be trained to select the correct exterior aluminum extrusion and to properly install it using saws, screws and battery powered tools. Some work from small step ladders is required.
Plywood Installer: As a Plywood Installer you will be trained to install the proper Floor/Wall Sheets according to the production order using screws and battery powered tools. While most of the panels are precut some use of a battery powered circular saw may be required from time to time. Some work from small step ladders mat be necessary in larger units
Metal Hanger: You will be trained to select the correct precut side metal and to properly install it using screws and battery powered tools. Some work from small step ladders is required.
Roof Installer: You will be trained to select the correct precut roof metal and to properly install it using screws, battery powered tools and various sealants to properly install roofs on towable trailers. Work is performed from low (42" to 60") scaffolding.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as assembler
- Ability to read a tape measure
- The ability to read production order sheet
- Ability in using tools (e.g. Battery Powered Drill, Portable Grinder) and machines (e.g. Band Saw, Table Saw)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
- High school diploma; Higher degree from a technical school will be appreciated, but not required.

Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, respirator, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
