Assembler
Pay Scale
THIS IS A PAY BY THE PIECE JOB. So for every item that is assembled, we charge a certain price for that item to our customers. At the end of the day after keeping track of all items on an invoice, we total those prices and 45% of that amount goes to the assembler (you). After a successful 90 day probationary period, you will receive 50% of your daily invoice. So if you assemble $300 of product for our customer, $150 goes to your paycheck minus taxes of course.
