Heavy Assembler assembles fabricated parts to large or heavy subassemblies and completes units. Fits, tests, and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Being a Heavy Assembler conducts welding, riveting, and trimming of parts to fit or align components. Uses hand and power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other assembly equipment. Additionally, Heavy Assembler typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Heavy Assembler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Parts Specialist
Brown’s Heavy Equipment is a family-owned business dedicated to providing service and support for heavy equipment (construction, earthmoving, mining) since 1980. In the last decade, we’ve expanded our business by selling and renting equipment, taking on Doosan and Scania dealerships and becoming one of JLG’s Authorized Service Providers.
Currently we are looking to add to our parts department ,someone who has a basic knowledge base of construction equipment as well as a helpful and friendly attitude to help assist our customers in getting the parts they need.
