Healthcare Service Line Director jobs in Fort Worth, TX
Healthcare Service Line Director develops and manages all functions within a specific service line e.g., oncology, cardiac, women's, orthopedics. Establishes effective strategies for programs, product/service line, and physician integration and resource utilizations with the goal of increasing service line growth, efficiency, and patient experience. Being a Healthcare Service Line Director requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Healthcare Service Line Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Healthcare Service Line Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative for our Fort Worth, TX office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life-saving treatments.
Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Responsibilities
Connecting with patients via phone
Help solve problems and educate patients about TMS and Ketamine
Coordinate with clinics for patient care
Other relevant duties as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/ GED.
Strong customer service mindset.
Previous experience in customer service required
Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
