    We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team in the Healthcare sector.

     

    We’re looking for a strong-willed yet personable individual, someone who enjoys being at the forefront, driving campaign to campaign. One who is fascinated by all things creative, digital and media, and wants to broaden their experience and grow their portfolio.

     

    Our ideal candidate needs to excel in Account and Client Management through the following:

     

    Client & Project Management, Execution, Implementation 

    The right candidate will be someone who loves details and is thorough in their work. For them, they take pride in delivering high quality work that is meticulously thought out and executed – from a simple post to a full-blown end-to-end campaign. They can manage projects independently with minimal supervision and be able to multi-task effectively without dropping any balls – while keeping their line manager updated at all times.

     

    They are responsible for having a clear understanding of how brands operate and communicate. Our marketing output stretches right across Integrated Communications, Digital, Social and On-ground Activation / Retail. You must have a passion to drive campaigns right through the channel mix, delivering against brand and business goals. We need energy, charisma and a robust point of view, in helping us to ensure the success of Iris and the brands we work for.

     

    The Account Manager plays a key role both externally and internally, you will be highly organised, manage your workload efficiently and are an excellent communicator. You are able to listen to clients, interpret their needs and have a strong ability to translate these needs into actionable strategy and creative briefs. 

     

    We work with a dynamic team made up of Strategists, Creatives, CRM and Social media experts. Collaboration is key to the success of our relationship with this client.

     

     

    Your responsibilities as an Account Manager will be to:


    • Support accounts lead in the development and execution of impactful engaging content that delivers against a client’s business and marketing objectives.
    • Be the point of contact and heart of the team ensuring success of campaigns from briefing to production to implementation.
    • Be the internal leader on the assigned projects, and also primary point of contact for partner agencies, managing seamless integration on the projects.
    • Understand what things cost and why – manage the numbers and know more about them than anyone else. 

     

     

    Who are you?


    • You need to bring 2-4 years' experience of working in an advertising agency and have experience of or a keen interest in the healthcare sector.
    • You are fast on your feet, able to come up with smart, creative answers to client issues.
    • Know how to recognize/articulate/challenge strategic intent of creative & media.
    • Must know how to resolve conflict (with support from above). Anticipate problems; resolve problems at early stages; know when to ask for help.
    • Excellent communication skills and competency in managing multiple internal/external stakeholders spanning various disciplines and seniority levels. Also be a good listener; develop strong presentation skills. Be persuasive, both internally and externally.
    • Stay calm in stressful situations.
    • Have strong written/verbal skills both in English and German.
    • You are interested in creative communications as a career – you talk about good campaigns, read about advertising, etc. Be proactive; anticipate needs; bring new ideas to the table.
