The right candidate will be someone who loves details and is thorough in their work. For them, they take pride in delivering high quality work that is meticulously thought out and executed – from a simple post to a full-blown end-to-end campaign. They can manage projects independently with minimal supervision and be able to multi-task effectively without dropping any balls – while keeping their line manager updated at all times.
They are responsible for having a clear understanding of how brands operate and communicate. Our marketing output stretches right across Integrated Communications, Digital, Social and On-ground Activation / Retail. You must have a passion to drive campaigns right through the channel mix, delivering against brand and business goals. We need energy, charisma and a robust point of view, in helping us to ensure the success of Iris and the brands we work for.
The Account Manager plays a key role both externally and internally, you will be highly organised, manage your workload efficiently and are an excellent communicator. You are able to listen to clients, interpret their needs and have a strong ability to translate these needs into actionable strategy and creative briefs.
We work with a dynamic team made up of Strategists, Creatives, CRM and Social media experts. Collaboration is key to the success of our relationship with this client.
