Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR functions and possess knowledge of HR best practices. This is a key role that involves overseeing various HR activities within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the HR department's daily operations
- Present and explain HR policies and procedures to employees
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews
- Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Lead recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution
- Implement talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations including FMLA guidelines
- Utilize Netchex or similar HR software for efficient HR management

-Experience with Microsoft Office, Voya

-Oversee Clinic departments

-HIPAA & OSHA Compliant

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in HR management roles
- Strong understanding of HR sourcing, recruiting, and employee evaluation processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
