    Position Summary

    Technology work involves managing or performing work across multiple areas of an organization's overall IT Platform/Infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration of:

    IT Systems Software, Hardware, and Databases

    Data & Voice Networks

    Data Processing Operations

    End User Technology & Software Support; Conducts analyses for proposed IT projects; Drives the organization's IT roadmap.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ability to organize and manage projects, coordinate the resources, and define scope.
    • Able to leverage relationships with leaders throughout the organization to establish stakeholder investment and feedback.
    • Communicate cross-functionally on a regular basis to ensure quality and adherence to stakeholder requirements, specifications and timelines.
    • Policy and strategy implementation, documentation of process for users, on the ground IT infrastructure management and control.
    • Determine and provide governance oversight, project and portfolio management, and service delivery management.
    • Must be highly responsive and anticipate possible solutions to problems / challenges.
    • Ensure all internal policies, procedures and processes are adhered to and documented and create/adapt as necessary and required.
    • Assist in completion of client-security questionnaires.
    • Manage the technical team to ensure best practices are being documented and maintained.
    • Continually define ways to increase the company's satisfaction with IT.
    • Oversee the administration and customization of SharePoint sites, Jira, and applications to meet business requirements.
    • Collaborate in the planning, design, development, testing and deployment of new functionality or 3rd party integrations.
    • Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot computer systems, user devices, and network problems.
    • Manage and coordinate the service desk team members in their daily duties.
    • Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex.
    • Influences others outside of their own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

    Experience, Attributes, and Education Requirements:

    • A minimum of three (3) years Management experience in IT, managing vendor implementations, client integrations or development projects.
    • Experience in a healthcare, HIPAA compliant environment.
    • Deadline oriented work ethic with superior management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work across the entire organization at all levels and to motivate others to accomplish compliance and security related goals.
    • Ability to learn and understand our technical environment and apply processes to mitigate risk.
    • Support the vendor relationships for systems, ensuring that system issues are communicated in an accurate, complete and timely manner.
    • Adept at negotiating issues and resolving problems.
    • Ability to develop new processes and controls and/or adjust the process and products as situation dictates.
    • Self-starter, able to work independently directly with clients and in teams.
    • Strong technical skills in a variety of applications and web tools.
    • Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, Information Technology preferred.
    • Minimum of 5-8 years of total work-related experience
