    Healthcare Coordinator
    Serenity Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and driven Healthcare Coordinator (TMS) for our Lehi, UT office. TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is an innovative, non-invasive, and targeted treatment for symptoms with mental health.     Other Responsibilities
    • Support patients during treatment using positive communication and reinforcement to ensure optimal results.
    • Educate patients about maintaining healthy lifestyles.
    • Maintain accurate patient medical records.
    • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
    • Follow implemented protocols.
    • Other duties as needed to support our patients.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • High School Diploma / GED.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to be flexible and adaptable as situations may require.
    • Reliability with scheduled shifts.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • An associates degree in communications, marketing, business, or pre-med from an accredited university or equivalent experience in related field.
    • Previous customer service experience highly desired.
