    Daily Responsibilities for Clinical Practice Performance Coordinator:
    • Scan and/or validate paper EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening Diagnostic and Treatment forms)
    • Complete monthly mailers (delinquent letters, new birth and pregnancy mailers, welcome and birthday mailers)
    • Complete state dental report
    • 8am – 4pm OR 9am – 5pm
       
    Required Qualifications for Clinical Practice Performance Coordinator:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 1 years of Healthcare experience
    • Computer proficient
    • Ability to multitask and great attendance
