Responds to inquiries from vendors, payors, and providers regarding EDI issues with enrollment, claims, payments, and clearinghouse activities. Being a Healthcare EDI Analyst, Sr. troubleshoots problems and deploys solutions to resolve issues. Conducts root cause analysis to prevent future problems and to suggest improvements. Additionally, Healthcare EDI Analyst, Sr. may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Healthcare EDI Analyst, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. - Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing coordination and/or collection of relevant financial data to prepare and interpret financial reports for leadership in an accurate and timely manner. It requires a high level of financial expertise through analysis and interpretation of data gathered for decision making. Responsibilities include: Assisting in month-end close duties as assigned. Maintaining the OneStream component of reporting workbooks and other reports. Assist in the lease accounting process, including entering new leases and processing modifications and terminations in the lease accounting software. Work with the Director of Accounting and Reporting and the Manager of Financial reporting to perform accounting research on new and unusual transactions as requested. Create ad-hoc reports based on senior leadership and practice requests. Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses. Provide quality customer service to all external (Practices) and internal customers. Perform all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs, company policies and GAAP. Brings compliance issues to the attention of accounting management. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management/analysis work. Healthcare experience preferred. Lease accounting experience preferred. Must have analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with changing needs and deadlines. Requires excellent human relations skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with staff and outside Clients. Requires advanced skills in Excel, and techniques to generate management reports, allocations, and analyses. Excellent planning skills with the ability to define, analyze and resolve issues quickly and accurately. Ability to develop both tactical and strategic solutions to business challenges.
