The Environmental Compliance Manager will play a leading role to set strategies and oversee operations in the organization's environmental compliance function, which ensures adherence to laws, regulations, or standards governing organizational impact on the environment.
This position is responsible for establishing policies for the Safety department to implement safety training and education that will create and maintain a safe workplace. Evaluates, assesses, and alters safety procedures and policies for the benefit of employees partnering with the Safety Manager. Understand requirements and maintain correct environmental permitting for environmental requirements while identifying and supporting energy and waste reduction initiatives.

Some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. The job is performed under some temperature variations and 50% of the time will be in an office while the other 50% will be spent in a manufacturing environment.
