Health and Safety Administrator is responsible for identifying hazardous workplace conditions. Takes samples and measurements of hazardous materials, and coordinates the removal of physical, biological and chemical hazards. Being a Health and Safety Administrator trains employees on safety, company policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to employee safety. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state health and safety regulations and ensures necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines. Additionally, Health and Safety Administrator participates in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Health and Safety Administrator typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. - Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of prior experience with HSE as primary function/responsibility (1910/1904 Regulations).

- Leadership Style: Encourages Diversity of Thought; Creates a Culture of Trust; Unselfish Mindset; Fosters Leadership in Others
Recent College Graduate (in place of work experience)- BS degree in HSE/Safety (1910/1904 regulations).
- Experience with Leadership roles in college – college clubs; organizations; Internships or Co-Ops.
- Proven examples of influencing Leaders and driving accountability with all member levels of Clubs or organizations
- Leadership Style: Encourages Diversity of Thought; Creates a Culture of Trust; Unselfish Mindset; Fosters Leadership in Others
Preferred:Candidate with work experience- Experience with Environmental permit compliance and waste management.
- Experience with ISO Management Systems (ISO14001:2015 & 45001:2018).
- Experience with Strategy deployment – prior job.
- Experience with workers’ compensation regulations.
- Experience in manufacturing environment.
Recent College Graduate (in place of work experience)- Knowledge of Environmental permit compliance.
- Knowledge of ISO Management Systems (ISO14001:2015 & 45001:2018).
