JOB OVERVIEW
The strong Sales & Category Sr. Analyst will be the data and analytics expert for clients, responsible for reporting and category storytelling through data-driven insights. Key to this role will be the ability to deliver best-in-class insights, presentations, and category/marketplace assessments to support client and internal sales analytical needs and to translate those insights into strategies and actions.
They will provide direct support and recommendations to teams through sales analysis, trend analysis, general reporting, insight generation, category dynamics, and consumer behavior from a variety of different data points. They will also serve as an analytic and category management expert using the category management process as a decision platform for all initiatives designed to optimize category performance at the customer(s) and channel. A successful candidate must be a self-motivated team player and demonstrate a relentless curiosity and a sense of urgency.
