Health Value Analyst analyzes product research and clinical outcomes data, and prepares financial analyses to ensure that hospital supply management activities optimize the delivery of cost-effective, quality healthcare. Determines the clinical and financial impact of adding new products and technologies to the hospital product line. Being a Health Value Analyst evaluates prospective technologies that may significantly impact revenue and support strategic planning. May require a bachelor's degree of specialty. Additionally, Health Value Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Health Value Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.   • EARNED VALUE MANAGEMENT (EVMS) ANALYST

    The position reports to the Earned Value Management (EVMS) Manager and is responsible for performing the following tasks in executing a program’s earned value analysis and reporting functions:

    • Operate and maintain systems used to integrate budgets with cost, schedule and performance to produce both internal and external deliverables which report contract performance;
    • Utilize various software applications to organize, analyze and generate monthly Integrated Performance Management Reports;
    • Generate and compile EVMS reports, including variance analysis reports and performance charts;
    • Provide general training pertaining to EVMS compliance;
    • Work with other departments within the company to ensure the accuracy of the budget, performance and cost reported;
    • Communicate effectively to government customers and government agencies as required; and
    • Report discrepancies to management and correct discrepancies as needed.

    Qualified candidate must have the following:

    •        1-2 years of working experience in EVMS or related field;
    • Demonstrated experience of Earned Value and reporting practices;
    • Ability to compile and analyze data in reports and prepare trend analysis for management;
    • Ability to perform forensic investigations across multiple disciplines within the organization;
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products; and
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
