CareSTL Health is seeking a Value Care Base Analyst-The Value-Based Care Analyst collects and analyzes raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The following information is considered the definition of essential functions but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. The Value-Based Care Analyst may be reassigned duties and responsibilities at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other staffing reasons.
Creates dashboards that contain organizational benchmarks (i.e. financial, clinical outcomes, staffing, ) and tracks progress and trends for those benchmarks as well as collect and analyze raw data to identify trends, patters, and anomalies.
Responds to requests for data by determining user's needs, collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, and providing accurate and complete reports and information.
Designs and implements validation studies to ensure consistency of quality concerns or practice patterns or to pinpoint areas for process improvement.
Oversees validation of processes, performs statistical analysis, develops validation models, and writes process validation protocols.
Designs and implements systems to assure quality of data processing across multiple study sites
Education:
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Certification(s) in data analytics
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a Healthcare related field
3-5 years of experience: Data Analytics and data warehouses
3-5 years of experience: Advanced level experience working in Excel and all other Microsoft applications, Adobe, etc
Must have reliable Transportation.
Additional Information:
Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
