Job Description : Connected Health Care, in partnership with our client, a reputable Critical Access Hospital in Ellensburg, WA, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aid to join our team on a permanent / full-time basis.

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Administer medications under the direction of a nurse or healthcare professional.
• Support patients with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

General Requirements :

• Certified Home Health Aid with a valid license.
• Additional certifications such as CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Prior experience in home healthcare or a similar setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
