Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Evaluate clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' requirements
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Proficient in Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of benefits administration and sales administration processes(preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Retail sales experience is a plus
