We are looking for an experienced full time Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team in our Apache Junction, AZ office and service new and existing clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with clients, both new and existing.
- Quote new businesses for small, medium and large accounts.
- Renewal of accounts, including quoting, creating renewal proposals, binding coverage, and checking renewal policies for accuracy.
- Respond promptly to customer requests for service, including resolving billing, coverage and underwriting issues.
- Monitor monthly expiration lists and activities for all assigned accounts.
- Maintain updated client and policy information with the Agency Management System.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the insurance industry.
- Current AZ Commercial Lines License.
- Must continue to meet continuing education requirements for license renewal.
- Familiarity with computer, Microsoft Office, Applied Systems.
Position & Benefits:
