The Director of PCIA Large Commercial Sales & Operations will oversee developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for large commercial accounts. The Director will examine growth opportunities, product availability and enable sales strategy improvements. The Director is responsible for the large commercial revenue performance relative to established budgets and growth objectives.
A successful candidate should have a proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team. The candidate should possess a track record of increasing and sustaining sales growth and profitability even during challenging market conditions.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day sales activities for the large commercial division
Coordinate with the marketing department to drive successful lead generation
Work closely with the President of Sales to create efficiencies and maximize revenue
Measure sales KPIs and effectively coach the sales team for improvement
Budgeting and expense planning with P&L accountability
Help to develop and deploy the vision for the large commercial sales department
Assist Business development with expansion planning
Coach and develop PCIA team members
Work with partners on Strengthening the Core initiatives
High School Diploma or GED
Ten years of senior sales leadership experience in the commercial insurance sector
General Lines P&C is required
Must be able to create and execute sales strategies that deliver on business goals for large commercial account generation
This position is mostly in office
Ability to work 9AM to 6PM but may vary
Ability to travel locally approximately 20%
