Job Details:
· Plan and direct all aspects of the Company’s operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.
· Drive accountability using metrics and data
· Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing engineers and driving productivity improvement projects.
· Solid understanding of planning and master scheduling
· Experience with FAA repair station and achieving TAT targets
· Measure and interpret the effectiveness of all related processes. Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the Company.
· Collaborate with management to develop and implement plans based upon the Company’s goals, objectives, and KPI’s. Monitor actual performance to plan and implement appropriate actions necessary to stay on target.

· Establishes detail planning of manufacturing sequences and furnishes detail operating instructions to production personnel.
· Ensure Material Management is appropriately managed including but not limited to adherence to Supplier On time delivery, Inventory turns, and cash flow goals.
· Ensure that each department is properly staffed, organized, and directed to fulfill its responsibilities.
· Works with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to ensure that FAI and ODD dates are successfully achieved.
· Responsible for implementing and enforcing company operating standards in conjunction with adherence with Quality Management System (QMS).
· Drive Cultural transformation with heavy emphasis on Safety/Quality and process improvement in addition to daily production goals
· Ability to drive daily cadence in the Ops team with a strong emphasis on weekly close

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in technical field, such as: engineering or operations management
Experience:
· 8 years of aerospace management experience
· Proven ability to implement Lean Management Systems
· Experience in a high mix, low volume environment
Computer Skill:
· Experienced skills in Microsoft Office (including: Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
