Responsible for the strategy, development, and management of a portfolio of health plan products in the Employer Solutions division. Leads ongoing management of existing products and identifies evolution and sustain opportunities to maintain portfolio competitiveness and improve product performance. Proactively identifies market opportunities, trends, and works to identify the solutions. For product enhancements and new product launches, is the business owner through the product development life cycle, working with the delivery/development teams and go to market team on product positioning and strategy. Manages external vendor and strategic partnerships. Primary portfolio focus will include health plan cost transparency programs and Ancillary Products.

Accountable for the performance of his/her assigned product portfolio:
MONITOR: Understands and monitors all aspects of portfolio and product performance including profitability, membership, and operational/customer service issues.
MANAGE: Drives ongoing maintenance of, and operational support for, existing products, and leads investigation and resolution of product performance issues.
GROW: Develops and drives short and long-term vision and strategy for the portfolio category.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for the products in his or her portfolio:
Resource for the organization on all products within his/her portfolio.
Supports the sales team by consulting and offering guidance on product features and product positioning (both internally and externally)
