Position Summary:
Assist with monitoring and supporting the clinical software applications used within the organization.
Essential Functions
* Assists in the development and implementation of Clinical Applications
* Serves as a liaison between clinical staff and the department for Information Services projects.
* Contact person for clinical software issues.
* Works with clinical staff to identify and communicate information service needs.
* Trains users on clinical information system functions.
* Tests software updates.
* Rotating call schedule for off-hours support.
* Provide Day-to-day support of Clinical applications
