Health Informatics Manager manages a clinical biostatistics or health informatics team. Oversees the analysis, management and performance of health information data to aid patient care.     Primary Responsibilities

    • Conducts comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, strengths, and goals. Collaborate with the ACT team to develop individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
    • Provides direct support to clients by offering counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing monitoring of their mental health. Coordinates and links clients to various services, including housing, medical care, employment support, and other community resources.
    • Collaborates with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure clients' medication needs are met. Monitors medication compliance and side effects, making necessary adjustments under the supervision of medical staff.
    • Responds to clients' mental health crises and emergencies promptly. Develops risk management plans to mitigate potential harm and ensure the safety of clients and the community.
    • Serves as an advocate for clients, supporting their rights and promoting self-determination. Empowers clients to make informed decisions about their treatment and life choices while respecting their autonomy.

    Education, Certifications, and/or Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience in human/social services preferred.
    • At least one year of experience in substance use disorder treatment and case management services preferred.
    • CDCA, LPC or LSW with declared scope in chemical dependency preferred.
    • Demonstrated competencies for working with the populations served.
