Health Informatics Director directs an organization's clinical biostatistics or health informatics department. Behavioral Health Site Director

  • Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services in Arizona. We are currently hiring a dynamic Site Director to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services as we expand into the Phoenix area.

    Role and Responsibilities​

    The Site Director will:

    • Fulfill the duties of a Licensed Clinician as described separately.
    • Provide leadership and operational supervision for the Therapy team, including managing productivity expectations and scheduling for staff (PTO, sick, CME, etc.). Completes performance reviews for team.
    • Provide clinical guidance and supervision for the Therapy team, including weekly Clinical Supervision meetings and monthly Group Clinical Supervision meetings.
    • Works collaboratively with the Executive Director to oversee all oral and written reports and billing completed by Therapy team clinicians.
    • Works collaboratively with the Executive Director to manage client therapy scheduling including (but not limited to) assignment of new therapist caseloads and maintaining therapy team caseloads.
    • Responsible for scheduling staff appropriately, and ensuring their team is meeting the minimum caseload requirements. Works collaboratively with other Managers to coordinate days off, vacation, and holiday scheduling for Therapy team members. Arranges for emergencies or short staff reassignments pending client volume or other factors.
    • Responsible for implementation of time and attendance polices. Auditing and approving timecards via Paylocity.
    • Works collaboratively with Human Resources and the Executive Director to recruit, interview, hire, and retain and terminate team members as needed. Administers policy based disciplinary action when warranted.
    • Works collaboratively with the Executive Director on facilities management issues.
    • Responsible for department specific orientation and training of new hire staff and providing on-going training as needed, to include on-site CEU opportunities, Therapy Huddle presentations, and Clinical Group Supervision agendas. Manages and updates the Therapy Training Manual to include all new updates to policy and procedures, billing codes, etc.
    • Responsible for creating and updating AMD Provider Profiles and Schedules.
    • Works collaboratively with the Executive Director to manage on-site crisis walk-ins and calls.
    • Delegates responsibilities as appropriate.

    Job Description: Licensed Clinician

    Primarily responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirements
    • Assessing for risk of harm to self and others
    • Complete initial and ongoing assessments of client’s assigned to your panel
    • Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling, maintain client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms)
    • Evaluation of physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client
    • Refer members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health and evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Entune's values.

    ​​Qualifications and Education Requirements​

    • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
    • Active License in the state of Arizona
    • Independently Licensed clinician (required)
    • Bilingual (preferred)
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform
    • Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
    • Strong organizational skills and communication skills
    • Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
