The Education & Outreach (E&O) Training and Coaching Specialist for the Open Doors Transition Center Program assists individuals transitioning from institutions to community settings and serves the nine-county region of Central New York (Cayuga, Onondaga, Oswego, Madison, Oneida, Lewis, Herkimer, Jefferson and St. Lawrence). The E&O Training and Coaching Specialist will have three main responsibilities: education and outreach presentations, Good Neighbor program outreach, and Post Transition Person Centered Plan Coaching.
