Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, finance position, providing strategic leadership, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, project management, and senior leadership.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective processes
- Lead and inspire a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Someone with courage to ask for fundraising/donations for all areas of the operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community organizations
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and execute organizational strategies
Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
- Strong background in operations management, with a focus on process improvement
- Demonstrated success in business development and strategic planning
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community organizations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a leadership role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to travel as needed
