The Worcester Child Development program/WPS has an opening for an Office Administrator effective immediately. Interested candidates should have the ability to perform the following tasks:
Greet visitors and be respectfully responsive to their needs.
Provide telephone support for the administrative office.
Coordinate and schedule the intake appointments for families.
Organize and maintain documents and records.
Maintain general office equipment and supplies by creating purchase orders, receiving of goods and reconciling the purchasing system.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task the responsibilities of the Office Administrator.
Work collaboratively with the Head Start Human Resource & Data Specialist in all aspects of administrative office tasks.

Bilingual strongly preferred.
