Carrington Square Apartment Community is now seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join our team. The housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining all community common areas, leasing offices, and make-ready apartments and corporate units by cleaning, disinfecting, and performing routine procedures that ensure a sanitary and odor-free community. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, be independent, hard-working self-starter, have a desire to take pride in their work, and have a positive team player attitude. Experience is recommended but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.

Housekeeper responsibilities and duties:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Assist in cleaning all building breezeways and elevators, daily trash pick-up, and performing additional janitorial duties as needed.
• Check stocking levels of all inventories and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Schedule

The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a day off during that period plus Sundays.
