May create quality standards and monitors the implementation. Additionally, Head of Housekeeping may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Head of Housekeeping typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Head of Housekeeping typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Job Description:
Our company is a growing cleaning business looking for experienced and reliable cleaning contractors to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients in the Upper peninsula area.Responsibilities:
Provide cleaning services to vacation rental properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
Use your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Maintain a polite and upbeat attitude, and MUST be RELIABLE and hardworking.Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in home cleaning.
Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Must have business liability insurance.
Must be authorized to work in the US.Experience as a 1099 cleaning contractor is a plus
