Head of Housekeeping directs and coordinates the daily operations of a housekeeping services department to ensure offices, patient/guest rooms, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Conducts inspections of facilities and recommends repairs and upgrades when needed. Being a Head of Housekeeping ensures compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. May create quality standards and monitors the implementation. Additionally, Head of Housekeeping may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Head of Housekeeping typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Head of Housekeeping typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. 1. Our Homekeepers work together in teams (i.e. with their work besties) following a tried & true routine to clean & tidy 2-3 accounts per day – working a schedule designed by them. Between great training, Clean Bees’ Methods & systems, and a team of experts in the office they have all the support they need at work. Thanks to our Homekeepers’ attention to detail & dedication to excellence, our clients come home to a bee-utifully clean space.
2. Our Training Team is a collection of our most skilled cleaners who exemplify the Clean Bees Standard better than any other and can rock out the 4 Bees Routine flawlessly. They not only exhibit the core characteristics and maintain the responsibilities of a Homekeeper for Clean Bees, but are also responsible for developing our New Bees by way of teaching, modeling, and checking in the field. They are true Clean Bees Brand Ambassadors – an extension of the office in the field. They work closely with and report to the Lead Trainer and the Onboarding Manager.
