Additionally, Head of Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Head of Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. As a Caregiver at Home Care Companions, you would be responsible for providing excellent client care, supporting our seniors in maintaining and improving their day-to-day abilities, while helping foster their independence and confidence at home.
Caregivers are responsible for providing support with activities of daily living, such as personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) and light homemaking (meal preparation, washing dishes, dusting, making beds) for clients residing in their homes.
