Head of Home Care jobs in Idaho
Head of Home Care leads and directs the daily operations of a home health care agency. Establishes and implements quality standards for patient care. Being a Head of Home Care measures and monitors patient satisfaction and outcomes. Ensures that all operations and reporting requirements comply with regulations. Additionally, Head of Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Head of Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Head of Home Care typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. In Home Care Direct Care Staff
The Gables In Home Care is currently hiring for a part time or full-time caregiver to provide personal care to our clients in the comfort of their home.
Caregiver services may include:
- Housekeeping, such as vacuuming or doing laundry
- Preparing meals
- Grocery shopping
- Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills
- Teaching clients self-care skills
- Transporting clients for approved errands and activities
- Providing personal cares such as showering, toileting, dressing, medication reminders, etc...
Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and have a current drivers license and valid car insurance.
We offer flexible schedules and competitive pay! Pay starts at $13/hour depending on your experience!!
