Head of Client Services - Home Care establishes the overall objectives and initiatives of client services. Ensures staff activities are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Being a Head of Client Services - Home Care plans and directs policies for client services and establishes service quality goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Head of Client Services - Home Care typically reports to top management. The Head of Client Services - Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Head of Client Services - Home Care typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. What does a Client Care Coordinator do in home care?
As a Client Care Coordinator you will be responsible for coordination of clients schedules with our amazing team of caregivers. You will work directly with clients, their families, nursing and direct care staff, and our administrative team to ensure that all services are delivered as ordered by the physician. This position with have an emphasis on the architectural building of the client schedules within our EMR. You will need to have a high sense of organization, logistical thinking, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.
