Being a Head of Client Services - Home Care plans and directs policies for client services and establishes service quality goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Head of Client Services - Home Care typically reports to top management. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
