Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our referall sources and clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the financial services industry and make a significant impact on our clients' success.

Duties:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

-Outreach to the client referral community such as hospitals, skiled nursing facility, assisted living facilities, and etc.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients

- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track client interactions and manage sales pipeline

- Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting them with product onboarding, troubleshooting, and training

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to effectively advise clients on their financial goals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

- Proven experience in account management or customer service roles

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of financial services industry and investment products is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients

- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, for client management

- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business growth

- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
