As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our referall sources and clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
-Outreach to the client referral community such as hospitals, skiled nursing facility, assisted living facilities, and etc.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track client interactions and manage sales pipeline
- Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting them with product onboarding, troubleshooting, and training
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to effectively advise clients on their financial goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management or customer service roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of financial services industry and investment products is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, for client management
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business growth
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
