Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Management of the Agency's Standards and Quality of Care
· Lead and Direct a Team of other CNA’s to oversee Client care and Caregiver direction.
· Active role in the Agency's Quality Assurance Program
· Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
· Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly, caring and congenial manner
· Complete and meet the requirements of a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, sex registry screen and drug screen
Prefer someone with experience in senior care and management; Oncall Supervisor weekend rotation every 5-6 weeks and evening work maybe necessary at times.
Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses may apply.
